About this apartment

Fully private furnished neat small room is available for 1 person occupancy. Room consists of a comfortable single bed with mattress, big closet,Table, curtain ,chair, Mirror, rugs,table lamp and also your own individual Fridge. Utility cost not included and Heating, Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water and Radio tax fee paid separately which is 250 per month. Open kitchen has cooking induction stoves, 2 microwaves, and some utensils as well. There is a washing machine as well. Flat is silent type and very safe. The other tenants are students and are friendly, nice and mostly busy in their schedules. So good vibes and harmony is appreciated. The flat has 2 washrooms, one with a shower and a WC and a guest toilet with Toilet and sink, So it never gets busy. bus service is just 2 mins walk or a within 10 mins walk to S/U Bahn Spandau. Registration/ Anmeldung is provided. Thank you
