After having your booking confirmed, you will be asked to sign the rental contract directly with the accommodation provider and to pay the deposit before the move in. Final cleaning fee not included on the price advertised, and need to be paid before move-out. Please note the maximum stay is 12 months. This flat consists of a separate kitchen with dining table, a large room with sofa, bed and wardrobe and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hot plate and oven, kettle and all the cooking utensils/utensils you need. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, hairdryer and clothes horse. The flat is located in Reinickendorf, a nice and safe area, and is close to the Volkspark Schönholzer Heide. You can reach an S-Bahn and bus stop in just a few minutes' walk. Inside it will be quiet, because the flat is located in the back building. Perfect, therefore, if you work from home or if you value peace and quiet. Cleaning fee is 90EUR.
