The kitchenette has everything you need: an oven, four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer. Crockery, cutlery, and cooking pots are also available. There is a sleeping area of 1,80x2m, which can be separated from the living area with a dark curtain, a sofa bed, and a storage room. It is a quiet and green corner of the capital with mostly one or two-family houses.
