This is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, oven as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. All utensils for your daily needs are also available. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with enough storage space. The small bedroom has a comfortable single bed, a chest of drawers, a desk with seating and a wardrobe. The new bathroom is equipped with a spacious corner shower with a glass wall, a toilet and a sink. The modern and bright furnishings of the apartment give it a friendly, inviting living ambience. The apartment is located in the popular trendy district of Friedrichshain at the Osthafen, just 10 minutes away from the famous East Side Gallery, the Mercedes-Benz Arena and Warschauer Straße, where you can enjoy various street musicians. Numerous supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and bars can be found in your immediate vicinity. The transport options are also excellent. You can reach the S and U train station “Warschauer Straße” within 10 minutes on foot. From there you can take the S3, S5, S7, S9 and S75, as well as the subway connections U1 and U3, which will take you directly to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes or even to Ostkreuz in 3 minutes
