Apartment is located in safe area and its well connected. Landlord is helpful and polite. The only bad thing were cockroaches in the kitchen! Landlord tried to solve it, but the problem is with the building. I think for this price (700 euro per month) it wasn't resonable standard.

Great apartment, location far from core but subway is nearby. Landlord was wonderful and very accommodating!
