Checked

One of our Place Checkers has visited this place, and confirmed its location and authenticity.

This is the right place for people who want to stay downtown, close to all the attractions, but hate the noise day and night of traffic and crowds. It's located on a quiet hill above Viale Trastevere, a trendy area with nearby bars, restaurants and historic sites. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed but close to the vibrant daily life of a non-touristy Trastevere. The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. A silent air conditioning system is ready for summer and winter. The private road 50 m /160 ft up the hill leads to the independent entrance from the private outdoor area. Thus the apartment is on the second floor on the side of the hill. On foot you'll reach in a few minutes all Universities, Trastevere train station and subway and by bus and tram in a few minutes all sites in the downtown area.
